Your other option would be to approach a broker either privately or through a high end marketplace; but don't even think about it unless you have at least mid 5 figures to invest.

I also think flippa is a great option to buy a website with traffic and pr 3.However I also think this site businessvartha.blogspot.com is a good option to find those sites on sale.In fact the blog has a cool list of sites with page rank and traffic for sale.
