My plan for a new site in 2011...

I have literally just launched a new section of my website which is relevant to the overall topic, but stands up on its own merit.
I have created Business Card Centre - Tips to Design and Print Business Cards which aims to provide readers who attend networking events with information on how to create and use business cards to maximum effect. I aim to make some pocket money from this section with my affiliate banners (still experimenting with this notion at the moment).
Anyway, I hope to grow this side of the site by adding content every few weeks - GOOD content, not just filler stuff, and promoting it with articles. I'm thinking 3 articles per day that point to this section of the site, targeting around 12 longtail keywords for the foreseeable.
As a n00b to affiliate marketing (though not traffic building), do you think my landing page and associated plan is enough to create a low-yet-steady stream of income?
Yes I realise this thread is both a statement of intent AND a question, comments on both are welcome!
