Best WP Themes For Niche Sites

I have read its best to only use a Wordpress Theme for (5) niche sites or so...so Google wont pick up 'footprints' and possibly de-index your sites.

Best WP themes to use for Niche sites?

Also, looking for the best way to manage dozens of Blogs from one dashboard. (self hosted plug-in / script)

    A theme is a collection of .css files... Plus, you aren't the only one using that theme. It doesn't matter if you use the same theme. By the way, if you use the same hosting for all of them, there will be an IP footprint anyway (but it won't matter). So no worries, use the same them as many times as you want to.
