Internet Marketing Success and Failures - Bird's Eye View

I have a bad head cold tonight (please excuse my mistakes), so I spent a little time playing around with the idea of Internet marketing from a bird's eye view.

What do you think? Accurate or not?

Keep in mind...
  • All Internet marketing courses/methods/techniques are not winners... but like I said, most are
  • The major "walls" or obstacles as I see them in IM are:
    • First...taking action
    • Sticking with it until you see success
    • Fine tuning your effort to make more money
  • A majority of people in IM do nothing. Even less, take action. And even less than that actually stick with it through the failures.
    • So it's no wonder that we don't see a lot of people making money - it's like a gauntlet.

A nice post! Have to agree that a whole load of people just flit around from blog to blog looking for the next super program that will make them money whilst they sleep........

Funny you say that.. and bit of a tangent but

in any of the three major markets (money, health, or relationships), you see both a supply and a demand for the "easy way out" type of products.

demand - a large portion of consumers will always hunger for the least resistant, least risk, and easiest way to solve their problem.

supply - marketers have the best results when they market to this audience that is driven by passion, pain, fear, and frustration.

Good chart! That's the main reason why (as a newbie) I limit my time on forums as browsing them all day can be quite detrimental to the work required in IM!
