Exit Splash Problems On Optimize Press

I am trying to get Exit Splash to work on Optimize Press and I am finding it very difficult to get what I want. When I implement the Exit Splash code on the specific page, the formatting gets all screwed up and so I tried using it in General Settings and it works like a charm. However the problem is it works in every page of the site which is something I don't want.

Are there any alternatives? Has anyone else successfully implemented Exit Splash in Optimize Press salespages?

Every page of Optimize Press has it's own SEO section where you can put tracking codes in the header and footer just for that page only. It's right there on the backend, just scroll down past the Optimise Press Pages options and you should see it. That's where you place the code.

    Hope that helps!

Thanks. I tried that but the problem is that the message becomes all wacky and the exit pop up message does not look the same as when I implement it across the entire site. Any suggestions? Are there any other Exit Splash type pop ups that work for Wordpress. I looked at Pop Up Domination and they seem to be a lot better suited for blogs.

You should not have to look for another pop-up solution. Optimize Press developers should fix this immediately if there is a problem. If not, then they are junk like most other developers. If no problem, disregard this post.

Why are you so quick to blame OP as if it has to be some bug or problem they cause?

Exit splash is a very invasive script by nature and often does not play well with various other scripts etc.

You should not expect every solution to be compatible with every script that comes along much less on wordpress which does not always play nice with javascript.

Sometimes people building sites with complex scripts need to hack things together.

The reason for this conflict is OP's use of HTML5 and Exitsplash does not work with that.

HTML5 is essential for things like making videos work for mobile devices and a bunch more good things that you don't just want to turn off.

So, a fix has to come from the guys over at Exitsplash (or look for another popup solution as was previously suggested.

        Cheers,
        Thomas

You needn't to use Exit Splash for pop-up if your site is built based on Optimize Press (OP) theme. Since the OP v1.4, there is an option named exit redirect, this can be used as the Exit Splash alternative solution.
Warning : The exit pop-up message may not be displayed in some browsers(i tested it with Firefox ).
    Hope this help
