First Post: Need Input... LOTS
I am fairly new to internet marketing but consider myself a fast learner. I have been interested in it for a while but have just recently decided to dive into it.
My strategy right now is to make money by making several very specific product sites that link back to amazon for affiliate commission. I am currently using ONLY on page seo and have 2 sites that are live.
My first site is 3rd on google for my product/keyword phrase and 1st on bing and yahoo. It is very low competition and I currently have made one sale in the first month.
My second site has more search volume and the competition that comes with it but I am confident I can out rank them just by looking at the types of broad subject matter sites they are.
My question is:
What is the best method to get quality, permanent, backlinks and traffic to my site to rank better in serps.
I am leaning toward article marketing but there are many schools of thought on this matter.
Many spun articles to hundreds of directories...
One of a kind articles submited to just one of the top article directories...
ect...
What is your opinion on article marketing? Is it a good option? Is article spinning safe (semi-auto of course)? Do mass directory submitters help or hurt? How many backlinks will I need for specific low competition product keywords.
