What are these guys using to collect email addresses? It takes about 20 or so seconds for it to pop up..

      Not sure what the plugin is but its an Aweber form. It may not even be a plugin.

    I'm yet to start using Aweber though I will start using one in less than 72 hours from now.

    Aweber offers the option when creating a form to have it inline, popup etc.

    Select popup, select the desired "waiting time" before popping up... then copy/paste the code into your WP.

    No need for any plugins. The less plugins the better.

    If you view the page source (right click on black part of Pick Up Evolution's site, then click on view page source) it will give you the code to see what is on the page. Beginning at line 399, column 107, is the source code...

      The problem with Google is that it can't give me a personal recommendation, it's not going to say "Hey, I use X and it works great."

    I know exactly what plugin that is, and its been modified with a little bit of custom graphics, but it is the same one I use on my site, auradev.com and inside mine I provide the link to go buy it (affiliate of course).
