2011 Make It Happen - Face Your Fears

I am confident this will be a prosperous year for us as IM business folk. I have learned a lot from many of you and admire the courage and persistence you have shown in growing your IM businesses.
I think we all need to face our fears and anything holding us back from success. I will go first by conquering one of my biggest fears...
In all seriousness though... what actions/fears have you been avoiding that you plan to BUST through to make it happen this year?
