How to make $10-$15 a day online?

Hey guys,

Im looking for ways to get extra "pocket money" and set myself the goal of Making $10-$15 a day online.

Before any of you say why such a small amount? Im not trying to get rich. This should be enough to cover my food expenses everyday.

Being a complete newb to IM and making money online. Does anyone have any recomondations to what I can do?

I was thinking of starting a website and setting up a PPC that earns my target amount.

Anyone have any other idea or things I could get into?

Please be easy on me guys, im a complete newb and have been doing this for about 2 days

Thanks in advance!

Stay away from PPC if you are new. It's way too easy to lose your shirt.

I know it sounds cliche but, for the most part, article marketing is probably the easiest to get started with. Learn some keyword research fundamentals and promote physical products. My preference is Amazon.

He might not have a t-shirt if he needs food money...
10-15$ a day???...hmmm....Write a couple of articles a day and find someone to buy them from you (of course keywords and all that stuff need to be included)....
Since you are a complete newb, if you can't write, perhaps you should consider selling a kidney....just an idea...

It depends what your skills are, Shiraz. 3 gigs per day at fiverr.com will make you that, but do you have skills to provide any service for which people will pay $5? You could have a very good look at the site, and see the sorts of things that people are paying for?

    Hey.
There are a lot of ways to make 10-15 dollars a day.

As you said you could start a blog and put adsense,Ad-U,Linkworth,Infolinks,ClickSor these are some way's to monetize it. You could put some banners to affiliate product's in the sidebar or Make Some review's about those product's with your affiliate link.
Some Affiliate Network's Such as Clickbank,CJ.com,
If you dont have hosting just use www.blogspot.com and set up a blog there

You could also try some CPA. You can Sign up for some CPA networks like Peerfly,Dollarade, leadbolt,CPAlead.
Make a simple video for youtube upload it. Add the link to your video and give them an incentive see more video's or exclusive content on your website.

Also Fiverr.com is also good for making money you can offer your services on that website Just have a look around and get some idea's.

If you need any help with anything just pm me
    Hope this helped,

Thanks for this detailed reply Tommy.

Blogging seems like an excellent idea. Does anyone recommend any blog ideas?

Im not really sure how to find "niche" markets. Ive read a few guides on this website so I have a vague idea.

I use to have a website that earnt me a wooping $3 after about 2 months. The hardest part was getting traffic. I just couldnt get hardly any traffic at all. I was sturggling to get like 10 views a day!

So yeah, im assuming the hardest thing would be to get traffic.

Im starting to get a better idea of how to make my target amount of money now. Thanks for the advice guys! Keep it coming

Blog about somthing you know a lot about or somthing your interested in but if your looking for a high paying keywords niche real estate and insurance are high paying.

If you have a lot of friends on facebook/twitter you can use that to make money fiverr buy saying you will post the customer's Status for the product or service once a day for X amount of week's for example.

i Will PM you with some of the social bookmarking and RSS sites if you want them

    Hi there
Welcome to the forum...hope you enjoy your stay.

If you have any skills....even if you think there might be better people out there doing it....then why not offer your skills as a service. This could be almost ANYTHING.

Are you good at writing, graphics, taking photos, making videos or anything like that then you can offer your services on here or even on Fiverr and make some cash.

3 gigs a day on Fiverr and you have reached your target.
Good luck and all the best on it!

There are so many ways to do it. Some take more work, and some can take a long time.
Do article marketing, then send the traffic to your blog. Offer some cool content that no one is telling, and then they may opt-in to your list.

Keep sending your opt-ins some really good content, this way you will gain trust. Remember to respect your opt-ins by not spamming them with crappy info. If you do this for a couple of months, you should be making more than your goal.

I hope that this helps you out.

-You could always outsource the content creation, and charge clients more... that way all you would have to do is proofread and manage your workers.

-You could create a simple wordpress website and try and flip it on flippa (you should be able to get 50-100) which would be equivalent to 5-10 days worth of work at your earnings goal.

-You could offer basic logo design and image design on the affiliate marketing forums

-Create a blog and put adsense on it, but I honestly think just writing articles for clients would be more lucrative in the shortrun.

Well PPC is all about paying for clicks to your website. Seems simple but you have to target high converting keywords and it takes loads of testing to find good ones out there and the only way you can test is by spending money into the campaign.

If you have small amount of money to start with, the chances of you going broke are extremely high.

Nothing wrong with your goal, first of all. If that's what works for you, then it's totally legit.

Another advantage is that it can't be hard to do. $10-15 is a tiny sum. There's got to be a service you could provide that would bring you at least one taker per day, probably (hopefully) involving an hour or less of work.

Hit up Elance, maybe. It's packed with low-paying jobs, and some of them are easy. Just watch out for the clients who want a day's work for $20. You can spot them by their listings, which will have all sorts of demands and requirements.

$30 an hour is the least you should charge just for breathing and occupying space on planet Earth. If you're charging less than that, you're undervaluing your services, no matter what they are.

So, at an ideal rate of $30 an hour, and figuring you'll never get an ideal rate (because you usually won't), $15 is about an hour's work.

If you have to spend more time than that, don't - just apply at McDonald's. That's not intended to be an insult, it's just the reality of the business.

You can't conceivably be looking very hard.

There are thousands of them that post regularly on this very website. Write one or two sample articles, put them up on a blog somewhere, and post an ad in the Warriors for Hire area. (Articles! $5! Here are my samples!) And maybe a link in your sig.

Although this plan has been discussed before over and over, it's one of the most effective if you don't have money to start.

1- Find a suitable niche by doing the ol' and good keyword research (if you need help with this, just search on the Warrior Forum).

2-Find free PLR products - Articles, ebooks...etc (Google is your best friend).

3-Create a blogspot blog. Add a nice looking and simple theme, add your PLR content (if you have the time, I recommend you to rewrite the content for better results).

4-Find a Clickbank product and write a simple review.

5-Spice up your blog with some Adsense.

6-Find new keywords and repeat the process.

You won't get traffic and sales overnight, but if you're consistent and you don't give up, it won't take long to see results.

      Cesar.

Put in the ground work to get things started.
Put a gig up at Fiverr and then use the social marketing tools that i am sure you are already aware of and already use.
Pretty good at Photoshop? Set up a gig at fiverr and then tweet it to everyone who follows you, or add it on your facebook account staus update.

If you are offering a great service.....word will spread and soon you'll have a queue of people.

Might take a little while to build....but when it does you'll be glad you started!

I'm doing this with great success. Best thing is it only cost me 3$ (domain from namecheap)...

    - Pick a product off clickbank
    - Buy a .info domain from namecheap
    - Forward the domain to product home page
    - Write 10 articles a day & submit to ezine

I'm doing this and making good money. I plan to build a real website + building a list, very soon!

PPC is fine if you have money to burn... it takes a bit of testing and testing and then more testing to get it right normally by which time your skint!!

I have run successful PPC in the past but I spent a lot of cash getting it right... However I have now found ways where I dont need to do PPC organic traffic is pretty easy to build. ARticle marketing works and works well and if you like writing its perfect... if you dont like writing then steer clear of it.

Adsense for me is a doddle to make money and its pretty regular money nice easy income... check out zeus on here in the WSO section he runs a great mentoring program that will show you how to do it :-)

The other thing to check out is the 30 day challenge which is free and you will learn good foundations to build your business and the basics is what you need first :-)

PPC is when you PAY to have your ads appear on search engines or people sites. Every click the ad generates, it will cost you.

If you get paid, then you are not doing PPC, you are just publishing those ads on your site and taking a commission from the clicks.

Ahh thanks! No wonder everyone was telling me not to do PPC.

Advertising on my site would be able to get an easy $10-$15 a day, yes?

Im thinking of starting 3 blogs, and hopefully each will get around 500 visitors a day which should equal my goal of $10-$15 a day?

Sure its possible but will take choosing good niches followed by a lot of consistent work.

I average $11 per day at the moment but thats after 1 year. Luckily for you I'm very slack so its taken me a long time but if you write articles everyday you'll reach it a lot sooner.

                No.

However, I'm not saying it isn't doable but saying it easy is oversimplifying things. Too many people come in thinking it is a piece of cake. If it were that easy, everyone would be doing it.

Blogging is paying, content creation as a freelancer is also paying, article submission for paid directories, elance and freelancer.com could be best options for you.

Wow 10-15 a day, you know how many people would like to work with you online right now ? I'm talking about sites like odesk, elance and so on, do you have any skills? you have one skill you came here and posted a question on a forum..... you can be a contractor on odesk and someone can hire you to do forum posting or blog commenting, article writer, if no one will hire you in a week don't give up, you're new you have to show them you can do the job just like anyone else.

Step 1, create a $100 product. It's not that hard - it;s the same as writing articles, just stick 10 of them together about the same topic. Voila.

Step 2, spend as many as 10 days trying to sell just one copy of it. There's your average. Every 10th day, write another product. The stuff you build to sell one will also stick around and sell others, too.

Eventually, you'll be making a lot more than a couple hundred a month.

Fiverr is surely the easiest. Just find stuff people want that is worth $10+ to them and it will sell like hot cakes on Fiverr.

I get a good number of sales each month covering all of my basic IM business bills for almost zero work.

So you are good with photoshop?

Here's a specific action plan that I think would work tremendously well for you.

    1) Get Camstudio for free.
    2) Make photoshop tutorials and post them on Youtube.
    3) In the description part of Youtube, link them to your Photoshop blog.
    4) On your Photoshop blog, you let them know you are for hire.
    5) Also promote an affiliate program about Photoshop (there has to be tutorial ebooks).

You could be the go to guy for photoshop on youtube eventually. It would probably take a month or two to make your target daily goal...but then blow past that point a few months later.

It would probably be fun for you as well.

    Just my thoughts,

    -Rusty

I love it!! Once you figure out a fast way to do it, let me know. If you could setup an automated system like that every week, after 10 weeks you'd be making decent money.

I have some advice for you. Sign up with Hostgator to get your site up, then use the $100 in free Adwords they give you to promote. Search for Facebook Ad coupons and create 5 Facebook accounts, you can get 5 $50 coupons to advertise for each account. Get Perry Marshalls guide to Google Adwords before you even attempt to mess with Adwords.

Sign up for Sharecash.org and post links to unreleased songs or something valuable...answer questions on yahoo answers with your link in the source. Always link to a blog and have a *security note: the next page will look like this: and put a picture of the sharecash landing page, let them know there will be a survey, target tweens because they are used to surveys and fill them out all the time. I earned $48.36 last month with them, $17 the month before!

You can also get an article from Ezine Articles and rewrite it using Power Article Rewriter or you can use something like Content Remixer, submit 3 articles a day, thats at least $6 a day there.

These two methods combined with your website monetization can earn you your target of $10-$15 a day, probably more.

I think you should do just what rmoore said, that will easily get you $15 a day, and videos like that will be hot on youtube and viral.

This is such a tough one to answer because I cannot give advice that keeps you in Survival Mode. Do IM to live your wildest dreams. If you genuinely just want to get by, get a job that covers bills. Then you can do IM as it is meant to be worked; to create value, to help folks, to inspire folks, to lift up the IM world and of course you'll make more money in the process.
