Best way to find experienced affiliates?

Hi,

Ok this is probably a total noob question... Please forgive if it's asked many times before!

I run a subscription based web service that has an affiliate program with 40% Tier 1, and 10% Tier 2 lifetime reoccurring commissions. $7/month to $19/month commission per customer.

It's a year old. The conversion ratio is very good. It's in a very hot space. _Very_ low attrition rate.

The problem I have is that the only affiliates I have been able to find are first timers already using the product. They are having excellent conversion ratios for any traffic they bring in, the problem is they don't know how to bring in very much traffic.

For example one affiliate brought 206 unique visitors of whom 146 signed up for the free offering, and of those 5% converted to subscriptions - with the possibility of any of the others signing up at any stage in the future. (And that was before I made an awesome switch in the free-to-paid journey that has increased conversions)

Anyway, how do I get in touch with pro affiliates and let them know about my product? How do I convince them it is worth while to invest their time and money in?

From my perspective my product is proven and now I'm ready to start scaling. I'm just not sure where to find the affiliates!
