How Can I Refund In Paypal For More Than 60 Days?

Hello Warriors.

I would like to increase my money back guarantee to customers but paypal has 60 days maximum.

I know I can use the "send money" feature but how can I send money to customer if they don't have a paypal account?

Thanks for your advice.

If they don't have a PayPal account, you can't. The PayPal refund limit is 60 days as you said. After that you have to send money to their PayPal account.

Just send them a paypal payment.

It will cost you just a little extra (you'll have to pay for the processing fee as opposed to when you do a refund paypal refunds your processing fee).

      Kindest regards,

Who says you're limited to PayPal? Send them a check.

That's what I do. It has worked fine so far. You could also send a money order.

Where I live sending Paypal cheque is a nightmare. I'd anytime prefer a few xtra dollars compared to chqs. But its just me and my personal take on Paypal.
PS I have a very bad experience with PP but still cant live with it nor without it...

Although Paypal does not officially support refunds beyond a 60 day period, all you really need to do is send money directly to your customers' Paypal accounts (without using the 'refund' button since it won't be available after 60 days). It'll cost you a little more since you'll have to contend with the Paypal fees (if you want to refund the exact purchase amount), but it's really not a big deal as most customers typically do not wait that long to request a refund.
