Help: Anyone using The Best Spinner? Mine will no longer start

Hi,

Who out here on WF uses The Best Spinner? I tired to open mine this morning (on both computers I have it on) and I get the Microsoft 'This program has an error and needs to close....etc...' message.

I've submitted tickets to askjonleger.com and have gotten no replies.

Is this program dead? Or I wonder if there's a problem with my membership.

Either way, I don't know what to do. Does anyone know where I can contact Jon perhaps?

    Hi. I had that problem too after a recent update...

    The solution is to download the installation file again, and reinstall it.

    I think some of the file got corrupted during the download process
