Anyone else had their email account compromised?
Someone got into some of my email accounts, stumbled upon my password(s) (I'm guessing), which I've changed.
Result was that I started getting email messages (some very strange) routed via aweber and getresponse (per the headers), though I don't have accounts with either service.
One thing they all had in common was some association with WF members, not all of whom I have subscriptions with or have bought products from before.
The other odd thing was that I was unable to log in here today under my old username & password and had to re-register.
Some kind of strange coincidence, or has someone gotten hold of some mailing lists, or---what?
Resetting the email passwords then logging out of the accounts & logging back in with the new ones seems to've stopped the messages so this is mostly a To Whom It May Concern heads up, with a bit of puzzlement and mild concern mixed in for good measure. Unless anyone else might have something to add?
Do I have the capability to PM one of the Admins, this being Post 1 for me?
