What are Your Biggest Problems and Challenges for 2011?

What's going on super dudes and dudettes!!

So 2011 is now Here and I know you want to get it off to an awesome start. You want this to be the year you go full time online. Or maybe you want to take your online business from six to seven figures.

So two questions I have for you.

1) What do you see as your biggest obstacles or challenges for 2011? (Looking at what you struggled with in 2010 may help you figure this out)

2) If you could have a private one on one conversation with any person. Maybe a product creator or consultant you admire and respect or someone similar.

What question or questions would you ask them or what would you ask for help or guidance with?

Thanks so much in advance to all who contribute!!!!!!!!!!

Love ya like a fat kid love cake

I will assume you are researching for a product or a presentation or w/e. If so then -cool. Nice way to fly

Anywayz . . here's my biggest challenges this year (and every year before)

    1. Finding internet marketers who actually do marketing to niches not in internet marketing products or make money online products or adult
    2. Funding the pending arrival of my second child due in may and finding the time to attend to family life as well as run an online business

    As for the question

what do I buy my daughter who is turning 3 soon for her birthday

Hey Keith, Thanks for the comment. Your right on with your assumptions

Looking at your questions though I thought I might could offer some insights.

Really the internet is just another form of media and solid marketing principles apply here.

-Find a hungry market with umet needs and desires to be fulfilled
-Offer your service that solves that need
      -Overdeliver value

I know that is extremely simplified. My point is in my opinion you probably know what you need to have a successful online business. Grab an old Dan Kennedy book or classic business book for a few bucks and you will have it all.

But you can look at high gravity products on Clickbank (non im related) and have a list of successful marketers not doing im guru stuff. Contact them and ask question's or become an affiliate and look at how they do things and market online.

Several guru's have built million dollar businesses out of im. Frank Kern with his dog training niche over a mil a year and sold for multiple figures. He also had a train your parrot to talk as one of his first products.
Eben Pagan has his double your dating niche also 7 figures.

A recent guy on my radar making moves is Pat Flynn at SmartPassiveIncome.com He has an ebook he launched last year or so that teaches how architects can pass the leed exam. I think it did several hundred thousand. I know it was well over 100k. He teaches all his stuff on the blog and has yet to try to sell something on how to. He also has a successful business selling iphone apps.

There is another guy on one of his podcast making a killing in niche podcasting.

Glen Allsop of Viperchill.com has many successful niches out of I.M. and shares tons of value for free.

Alas I believe in unleashing my creativity and creating my own unique path. But, there are many out there teaching the way and that are making huge sums of money out of IM.

Best of Luck to ya man!

I would said my biggest challenge is creating a work flow system that I follow on a consistent basis. For me, I find it easy to get distracted and invest my time in things that although I enjoy, they really don't add to my bottom line, such as tweaking a website to get things "just right."

I recently purchased a white board and on the top I have my goal for the month of January in big, bold letters, plus my to do list for the week. So far I'm staying focused and on task.

Great Idea Amber! Yea it seems the most profitable things are the hardest to do right?! Their is an uncanny resistance lingering around successful things!

p.s. I love my whiteboard!! Not quite as much as my journals but a close tie

I hear you guys on the time thing. Hard to manage and build online when running fulltime offline. But it can be done for sure. Some really big barriers are set up there to push through!!

After years of struggling to find out what works and seldom putting enough effort into any one method, my biggest challenge will be to choose the best and stick to them. No diversions from the path.

My next challenge is to stay disciplined with my marketing and production.

The biggest satisfaction I get out of this business is the creative work - writing, setting up new blogs/choosing themes/designing my graphics, creating worksheets, formatting my notes.... it gets ridiculous. Do my notes REALLY need to be that neat, tidy and fancy? No. But it's fun to do.

So I guess my next biggest challenge will be to stop being so creative. Hm. Not sure how that's going to work.

I'd much rather create than do marketing and promotion. If I could hire someone to take on that task, I certainly would. Then, I could put all my energy where I have the most fun.

So my next biggest challenge will be staying focused, disciplined, organized and persistent to get to the point where I'm actually making enough to hire someone to do my marketing for me.

Did I just say, stay organized? Yep. That'd be another challenge. My work space is a disaster zone. As soon as I clean up one pile of papers, another one magically appears, along with binders and books. Must be the editor in me. Or not.

Biggest challenge is definitely doing IM while working full time. Plus, you never know what will change in this year, some new big social network, Google banning all sites with affiliate links, who knows

The biggest challenge, for me, is overcoming my own limiting beliefs about being able to take my blogs from the S quadrant (self employed) to the B (Business Owner) quadrant. I want to offer massive value, but I am a bit weak on the business side, and am setting my mind to challenging my limiting beliefs about who I am and what I can do with my blogs.
