Replacement for MySpace

I have a Facebook personal and 2 pages. I was going to go on My Space. I wanted to spread my reach and have 'back up' in case of problems with FB. On looking into MS it seems like they are on the way out. What is a good one to go on?
Twitter is well recommended but is not suitable for me. Can anybody suggest a good replacement for My Space? If you are on MS, where will you go now?

    The title doesn't make sense. But I wanna know if there's a code to like replace something with the name of the person viewing my profile.
    Like in aim, you put %n to have the person's sn there. Well could you do that for myspace? I like to foooool people. ;D

    It completely depends on your market.

    Myspace is still one of the most visited sites on the web. Many would not think that because they follow what the latest flavor of media is. Doing that guarantees a frantic, anxiety-ridden life.

    Find real stats, and proceed from there.

      ^^ Agreed.

      Figure out the real stats and work with what seems viable. I know that Myspace is still a valid place for indie bands (could be wrong here?) and other little niches and demographics, maybe they'd be more targeted for you.

      Depends on your objective and how the condition and trends of the social media place taylors to that!
