How do you track CTR to merchant from your Landing page?

in an effort to track more vigorously, I've decided to track the CTR to merchant from my landing page.
I want to split test 2 pages and see which one has a better CTR.
Now I know there are link generators that tell you how many clicks a link has had, but I don't want to spend an hour adding up all the clicks I received on PPC, and then comparing them with the click count.
Is there a better way? Eg. You have 2 pages and then you get results back such as; LP1 = 40% CTR, LP2 = 60% CTR.
Does Google analytics do this?
