Any Membership software do this?

Hello Warriors,

I am looking for a membership program that will let me set up a recurring product with like this:

$30 first month then $19.97 per month thereafter.

But I will need to setup two product like that so my visitors can choose which option.

But it also needs to have a decent affiliate program and accept paypal.

Anyone know of such a script?

Dennis

Hey Dennis, I just got through setting up two different

custom memberships yesterday using the butterfly marketing script.

It's got where you can set the affiliate commissions for whatever you want

either % of sale or $ amount of dollars straight fee in any amount.

I'm excited about it and yes, you can set up the amounts

plus how often and however many times you want it to recur

and even trial amounts and the sequence for it to be billed.

I'm kind of excited about it all.

You can use paypal, clickbank and others.

I'm just using paypal at first and then using the mass pay

    to pay affiliates.

I hope that is what you were looking for.

The memberships are at the same site.

One is for a $97 a month package to reoccur every 30 days

and the next one is the platinum package of $1044 for one year

which is broken down into 4 installment payments of $267 set to recur automatically every 3 months/90 days.

The commissions on the $97/month are straight $30 (around 30%).

and the $267 commission is set to straight $80.

Members have a choice of which membership is the right one for them.

SMP has been out for a long time and it does what you want.

You can set the recurring billing for any amount and time period you wish, and the same with the trial period.

You can sell unlimited products, and there are even ways to have buttons to purchase more than one product per page so you could give customers the ability to choose which product to purchase.

The affiliate program portion of the script isn't the best in the world but it is getting improved with the next several upgrades. The next upgrade which is due out in the next few days will allow you to have an open affilite program instead of one available to customers only.

Since you already have SMP I would suggest taking a look at the newest version and making sure it will do what you require. If it doesn't do exactly what you need you can contact me or post in the support forums and we can see if we can work something out to accomplish your needs.

The product that John was referring to would be the membership plugin to RAP that was just released I would imagine.

I'm a big fan of Membergate myself - I've used it to host the site you see in the signature below.

Membergate is more than a script, it's a full-fledge Content Management System that adds many additional functions beyond other membership scripts including built-in SEO, control down to the content level about what membership level can access the material, the ability to setup multiple discussion forums, support for Paypal, lots of billing flexibility - first-month charge different from subsequent charges, variable commissions, etc...

    Nanacast does this.

You can add a membership to any existing site without installing a single line of code.

It has a feature where you can bundle memberships so you can offer trials to one part of the membership which your clients can cancel but keep another part of the membership.

You can charge a higher or lower up front fee and have different recurring.

Bundling would have to be done using authorize.net because the subscriptions bill independent of each other.

Our system also offers paypal but it would require the subscription to be set up with a single transaction with a trial price, which can be higher or lower, and then the recurring.

What I like about using the authorize.net integration is that you can add recurring trials to bundled memberships where the client can cancel one but keep another.

We also made our billing management system for subscribers simple... they can login and cancel any recurring billing or trial they want and the system automates the entire process including automatically removing the subscriber from an aweber or getresponse email list if they cancel. And our system is fully integrated with Aweber with a parser for nanacast available in your aweber account. It is also fully integrated with getresponse.

Our system also boasts built in affiliate program and management and features not matched by any ecommerce automation system.

Yeah, aMember can definitely do this. I've used 3-4 different programs (at least) and have found it to be the best. At under $200, it's a bargain.
