Best Way to Monetize a Real Estate Investing Site

Okay so I have a real estate investing site and we have a few courses offered. It's working as is. In a short while, I'll be #1 or #2 on the big G for a few fairly competitive keywords.

I want to monetize this site in other ways as we currently only have 3 products.
My problem is that my email list is mostly tire kickers who signed up for a free course. What other ways could I monetize this kind of site?

        You could try testing your "tire kickers" with some sort of a low cost/trial offer. Make it so tempting that it'd be hard to refuse, and then when they buy you immediately segment them on your autoresponder and move them to a buyers list. Try pitching your higher priced courses at this buyers list.
