When do you send your offers to your list?

I am learning how to get my list to buy my stuff and have learn that before they do that, they will have to be trust me....

So when is the best time to send them offers again after I finish the activities of nurturing them (asking questions, sending them valuable information, doing contest, etc)

Is once a month a good timeline? how often do you send your offers to your list?

If you're still learning about your list then once a month is good enough. After a while you can go down to 3 weeks and then 2. I send out offers to my list apx every two weeks.

The people on my lists have already seen an offer before opting in.

    I send emails on days 1, 3, 6, 10 and 15 and thereafter at 5-day intervals.

I typically include an offer in one email in three (though it isn't the entire content of the email), which works out at twice per month.

Amazingly, that's my own rule of thumb. Two or more pure value-adds between offers.

Once you feel that they trust you, you can start sending them offers. Be careful about the way you go about this because it is possible to lose them again. Strike a balance between downright selling to them and helping them succeed. For example, give them a mix of paid and free offers. Give them good bonuses as a thank you for buying from you. Share information that you pick up in reports or when attending webinars. Show them you are investing in their succcess and they will invest in yours.

Dont try to send offers more frequently.

Because it give bad impression about your product.

    Dont delay offers.

Because it will give impression that you are ignoring people.

So best is to send offers twice in a month.

    Cheers

As the first post said, just keep the content offer free for a while. Speaking from personal experience I would be more likely to buy from someone that gives me quality content, rather than bombing me with offers every single day. Keep it light and useful for the first month, then add an offer in here and there.

When i started out, i opted in to 5 renowned marketer's list, and drew up a very detailed comparison chart of the intervals of email, ratio of message to sales , etc etc. Chanced upon your thread and wanted to share my research but ... i can't seem to find it.

Will post again if i manage to find it later.

You can sell them stuff from day one and do it every day without any problems.

Make sure what ever you gave them for opting in (be it a free or paid product) is completely awesome.

Then make your following emails inspiring or helpful.

One way to do this is what Chris Rempel called the '2-step'

First tell them how to do something (generally a free but time consuming method)

Then offer a paid way to do it without wasting so much time.

You're giving them helpful information as well as giving an solution for those people who want faster results.

People will subscribe to my lists to get my free offers. Then I hammer them everyday for other products until they buy or die. But I will always include incredible value such as helpful tips and/or inspirational quotes.

I think it depends a lot on the price of the products you are offering. Not many people are going to buy a $200 every week, but many may buy a $7 product. Keep that in mind.
