Does anyone know if this is legal?

I was just wondering would it be legal to publish articles from Find Articles at BNET | News Articles, Magazine Back Issues & Reference Articles on All Topics on to my site? I would use the the proper bibliography that each article provides and I would not modify it any way.

My visitors would really enjoy some of the good content on there .

    Well according to their reprint policy if your going to use their content you
    need their written permission, scroll to the bottom of the homepage and
    click on the Reprint Policy link, i would post the link but i don't have the
    correct amount of posts to be able to.

    Not sure if they'd let it slide if you use the full bibliography and don't modify
    the article, you should probably e-mail them about that, then again if you
    get written permission, might look good for you having the fact you have
    permission of BNET to post their stuff on your site just an idea.

    But yeah, without written permission, you can't re-use it seems.

      I'll leave it you to actually read the policy.

      Bottom line, though. If you have permission to reprint/repost, it's legal. If you don't, it's not. Simple enough...

    As John as said, that's how it is. You can still go
    ahead to ask them directly if you want to,

    I know many people will go ahead to use the
    articles without permission (as I find many of my
    articles being used without my permission online)
    but such people should remember that this is
    not some lonely IMer who can't do ****.
