Google Slap and Clickbank site

I would like some advice from people who have been in a similar situation:
Google slapped one of my AdWords campaigns and I want to try and put the product on CB.
I am not sure wether to register a new domain or use the same (indexed and with PR) one.
I would like to add that I am also thinking of using Paydotcom as well under another domain as well. (Read a thread here regarding the issue and decided that this would be the best way)
The product converts well and is pretty descent so I think it has a good possibility of success for the affiliates but I want to start on the right foot !

PS: I will not start a new debate regarding opt-in vs. not opt-in in the page - there is a huge thread regarding that. I think I will keep it since my campaign is responsible for half the conversions and the cookies will make sure the affiliate gets paid! If this will cost me some good affiliates looking into the product so be it....
