Changing clickbank stats

I know that the clickbank stats have been subject to discussion for many times.
I do still have a question.
There are days when I have 30 people clicking on my hop-links and the next day the stats only show 10 clicks, although the number of visitors to my site does not change. Is it realistic, that the number of people clicking through is varying this much?

    Of course it is realistic.. don't let stats alterate your perception of reality..

    BEHIND all the "clicks" and "views" and "unique visitors" which in your opinion should perfectly suit your everyday math - THERE ARE PEOPLE.. don't neglect this aspect - the individuals surfing your website are one of a kind and make their own decisions based on their own perception..

    so yes, it's very realistic for that number to vary that much.. I have a website sending between 10 and 30 hops per day, too..
