required pages for affiliates

hi all

i am an amazon affiliate (in the UK). i cannot find any information on this so thought i'd ask here - do you need a privacy policy or terms and conditions on your site to be approved for the programme?

actually i'm already approved, i just dont want to risk being banned down the line for missing out something so simple. i know adsense asks for a privacy policy, doesnt it? wondered if amazon was the same?

I don't think this is a requirement, but it doesn't hurt to have it.

Good question, i've wondered this before too. I don't think Amazon does but if anyone knows different i'd be interested

I am not sure if they have requirement, but I would go ahead and put a privacy, contact us, and about us page on your site. Why get your affiliate program revoked for something so simple that you can take care of in just a couple minutes.

I would ask Amazon.. or at very least check their FAQ for affiliates...

If there's nothing about it, it'd be hard for them to penalize you for not having one.
