Interesting question on training outsourcers
I am looking for a better way to provide feedback to my outsourcers who do things for me like product reviews.
Any ideas to improve this?
For example I'm training a new writer on how to add better value in product reviews. Right now I'm taking a draft review and then cutting and pasting bits into an email, and writing my comments.
Jing is ONE way to do it differently - I could simply talk while viewing the draft and she would get verbal feedback in the form of a movie.
But I wonder is there an easy way to take a document (like a PDF) and put my own chicken-scratch on top of it as if she had handed me a printout and I had marked it up with a red pen, like they did in school?
That would be the best way, I think to offer feedback and training ... good tradeoff between time spent and quality of output for the outsourcer to get useful feedback. Much better than trying to watch a video to catch my verbal comments. Easier to "see" the feedback written contextually.
Ideas?
