The first thing which strikes me is the fact you have numerous times you mention the price, but not until I get all the way to the bottom can I actually order anything.

Secondly, when I first hit your site I was really expecting YOU to do the work, not me. I was not expecting to find a tutorial, I was expecting to find a service.

Those are my first two thoughts based upon only a few minutes on your site, and not thoroughly reading your copy.

I like your site overall - a couple of comments on why it might not be converting:
    1. Length - your site is long and a bit repetitive.. while this may work for some niches, it doesn't appear to work for yours. I started zoning out about halfway through, but had to scroll all the way to the bottom to figure out how to pay!
    2. Price - even though you are first ranked on Google, the sites ranked just beneath you (like http://www.dreamweaverresources.com/seo/googletop10.htm) are giving FREE information. It is hard to pay $47 for something when you see a similar set of information for free.

i dont want to be disrespectful here but those long sale pages make me close the site instantly. for me, that would be why it's not converting - it's a long read and looks a bit like one of those shady offers

If I might have a word here...

Well, you need to brush your site a bit. Show proof (very important) and it is not converting not because it is poor in content or anything. It is because you need to optimize it for the right set of keywords that convert. Since you know how to rank well in SERPS do your keyword research and find those golden nuggets that convert. And you could expand your offer by offering your visitors for you to do that for them (main goal is to outsource that part and collect the differnece in price - you can find good linkbuilders here on WF). Also I can recommend you put one of those exit popup scripts where you offer discounts before your visitor is gone for good.

It does not mean that the words you optimized your site are all "not buying" keywords. But put words in mix with your current optimization like "buy service", "outsource","buy", "service" - I think (just my opinion) that these are the buying keywords you should consider to rank for. Mostly people that look for tutorials are looking for freebies.

    Here is an example:
People google for "justin bieber" - high search volume but low buying keyword
In other hand "buy justin bieber album" - lower search volume but high buying keyword

    Hope that helps

I just looked up the keywords 'google top ten' in Market Samurai and it has a SEOV of only $0.08. This is a rough guide of the market value of your keyword expressed as an index by Market Samurai (not the real value, just an index).
As a rule of thumb, I only go after keywords that have a value of $30 or greater. Keywords that have a value greater than $30 are usually considered buying keywords. Any less and you may find that they are not which means your visitors are not looking to spend money. In this case, it appears to be spot on. Perhaps visitors are after free tips rather than buying something? Just my observation though.

You must have shortened your sales copy at the recommendation of others. It does not seem overly long to me. Text is spaced well and there are larger graphics, which is good.

It is the sales copy itself which is a worry. The sales copy goes negative with all the things it is NOT... and that is a big turn-off. You even repeat the negative later in your copy and that will motivate people to leave your page. ALWAYS be positive. ALWAYS sell benefits. ALWAYS tell a story, and keep bullet points relevant.

"Imagine the wind blowing through your hair as you drive your Lamborghini though a twisting forest highway. The fresh pine scented air sharpens your senses as you take each curve at maximum velocity. You look into the approving eyes of your passenger, the woman you love. You are in command of the road and your life, and it all happened because you were able to dominate the Google Top 10."

That sort of thing. Paint a picture. Let people experience an emotion they may feel after they buy your product. Put images of happy people into your copy, not just pictures of boxes.

These ideas will help you get a better conversion rate.

    I just had a quick look, here's what I thought -

    - You have too much white space, huge chunks of it, which could be tightened up.
    - Your graphics may be confusing, because you show a box, then a book, then a membership card - a customer will want to know which one is it?
    - You have clickable links which just take you back to the same site, that will turn someone off right away.
    - As mentioned by others, your buy now button needs to be higher up.
    - Under your buy button you have a link about how someone can sell the product themself!
That's the last thing you want under your buy button, and it leads to a page which will mean nothing to anyone who doesn't know clickbank.
    - Repeating the bullet points is not needed.
    - You also have a banner for the product right in the sales page, serves no purpose.
    - you say the $47 offer will disappear very fast then go for ever - is that true?

    That's my tuppence worth anyway,
    Cheers,
    Gordon

I think perhaps you might consider shortening up your headline

Your subhead makes a promise that does not mean anything to the readers:

"I don't care if your site is 10 years old or 10 SECONDS old - I'll show you the proof how you can get YOUR site on the Top Ten of Google in 30 Days or less with my Optimization Tutorial!"

There is no way you can show any proof about the reader's website because you don't have that proof. What you have is some proof about somebody eles's website, not theirs.

And the logic of your headline does not carry through: waiting for google to list your website is something different than getting listed in the top ten.

Thos emigh thave something to do with it. Maybe if you try a couple of differetn headlines and subheads, that might bring you better results.
