Advice needed regarding taking payments from my Forum

I just need to find out some information and would really appreciate it if someone could help me out.
If I have someone join on my website Forum which is mybb plugin and they are offering a new Service thread, how can I ensure that I can get paid my commission from each sale.
Which is the whole point to my site I take commissions from each service/sale met on there, so is there anyway to ensure payments eachtime I cant for the life of me work out how I can do this.
So say if they added an PayPal button on the thread from which they have something being offered, how could I make sure that payments go directly through to my PayPal business account first so I get paid.
