I'm doing research and want to find out how different people interpret what a niche backlink is. Thank you for your feedback!

I can't say I have ever heard this term used. What are you referring to?

Backlinks are backlinks. Maybe you are talking about backlinks from a niche website to yours in the same niche.

I assume if someone said "niche backlink" they would be referring to a backlink from your niche to your website in that niche..

Niche backlink means : The site from where you r getting a backlink is of your niche...means that if your site is about making money online and that site is also about making money online...then that is your niche site

My guess would be that it's perhaps intended to refer to a backlink from one site to another with content related to the same niche, but to be honest it's a term I've never knowingly seen used.
