Should I keep buying keyword loaded domains?

Since I have been doing keyword research for my niche, I keep finding great High volume search words and many that do not have a website under that name. I have bought 3 so far because I keep finding them. I haven't had enough time to finish 1 website complete yet. I am worried that someone else might buy them if I don't get them now. I have heard several times that keyword domain name is very important.

Is it a bad idea to keep buying them?

How important is keyword named domain?

I think to buy one broad niche-related domain name, then give subdomain on each of sub niche you have will save you money.

YOu can also sell the domain if you think it's really good.

Well it's really a balancing act.

Say the keyword-based .com, .net, .org etc. domains get exhausted in a few years driving up the prices.

Several new TLD extensions like .co may come up, leading to reduced popularity of the now-popular extensions.

Then no one is going to pay you millions of dollars for a domain name, and would rather buy another extension.

It's fine if you keep buying them, but try to sell them off for a profit before it's too late.

You don't have to be in a rush to buy domains.

Don't get frustrated. There are millions of niches and millions of keywords. If you lose one there is always, and I do mean always, another available.

    Take care,

I have found that having the keyword in your domain name helps with SEO. There are two types I try to get, exact match names that have a high number (over 500) searches for the exact phrase on the Google Adwords KeyWord Tool, and those that answer a question. It is very hard to find exact match domains anymore in com, net, or org, so I bid on those that I can develop in Snapnames as they drop.

The other type I buy are those that answer a question and contain the targeted keyword. For example. nobody is searching G for ForexTradingSolutions but it answers a question for someone looking for info on trading forex. Those are getting harder to find, also. (I just went to look for the com before submitting this response, and it was taken :~)

Lol Brad! After all you're the cause of me having hard time to get a single domain name where I'm wanting to put stuff on!!! lol. No offense.

Well Brad if you are not going to make a site on these domains, then leave them to people like me who are willing to fill them with useful content.

You might wanna try and sell them for high price, maybe you get some luck.

But instead of keeping buying these domains, try to work on them, since good domains are easy to be monetized.

I notice you have traffic and an exact match, but what is the strength of your competition? Before you buy the name it helps to have a good idea of how much work/expense you will need to put into ranking high before you start building a site and spending money and time.
