Weird Clickbank Transaction

INTERNET MARKETING

I have my own product listed on Clickbank, and a customer bought it in the morning.

Later in the day, I noticed a purchase from the same customer, for a product that I had no idea what it was. When I entered the product with my hoplink, it was MY product, although the commission was even higher than the purchase price of my product.

Any idea what happened here?

Edit: Still dont get it...so it was your product? Did someone clone a site of yours maybe? Or maybe someone reselling your product at a higher price?

I am not clear on what you are saying.

Do you mean that

- you received an affiliate commission on a product for say publisher-x

- the hoplink for publisher-x

leads to your website

  The only possible (but bizarre) scenario I can suggest is
  that Publisher-x has used your landing page in his account.
  
  Item 2 is for a different product or the same product with a
  different price which explains the large commission amount,
  though it is not clear why you should be the affiliate.
  
  The other possibility is that there is an error in the
  ClickBank system

Maybe they're selling your product at a higher price having copied your website exactly?!?

Is that a possibility? Have you given anyone resale rights to it?

The one thing I don't know is why the same customer would buy the same thing twice (especially as the websites were exactly the same)?
