Please critique my site

Hi Everybody

I am just starting IM so every advice would mean a lot to me. Let me know how I can improve my sites and what would you change with it.

  • I would add the following asap;

    Privacy Page
    Contact Page
    aweber code above the fold

    That would be a great start to get in Googles good graces as well as building your list.
  • The graphic at the top reminds me of the windows xp background lol.

    Add some more content to the site (Which im sure you were planning on doing), add some categories.

    Add an optin form, to collect subscribers to build an email list.

    Make your RSS Feed more visible,at the top so people can grab it more easily, which can keep them upto date with updates.

    • Ditch the blogroll links to the Wordpress site. As thin as these sites are, half the links are pointing to WP.

    other than that, i think your GPS site looks great.
  • I checked out your GPS blog and for a beginner I quite good.
    My suggestion are:
    # add privacy policy, terms of use and contact us (Google loves it)
    # Buy a more professional header from fiverr.com for $5 (look for people who have positive feedback)
    # I see that you are promoting Amazon products so add a amzon widget under your posts, called related products)
    # Post more
    # Start categorizing

  • Categories should be your Topic keywords not "uncategorized"
    Take the blogroll out and add an optin there. Gather leads.
    Add a privacy policy
  • Your sites look fine to me but I have some questions. Are you making any money? Are you a review site or are you trying to sell a product or both? I would suggest for sales you make the link more prominent.

    • Thanks Guys for your comments. I will take your advice and improve my sites ASAP. BTW today I made my first sale I know it works now and I am motivated like never before

  • They look very good. Not much to get distracted with as a viewer which is good.
  • Make sure the comments your aproving are not linked to porn sites....
