I am asking for a system...Willing to pay, I just think what I am doing now is not working!

All across the internet you see about how newbies make 1,000s inside there first few months online, and as we all know it's usually a lot of rubbish but we still fall into the trap, because the numbers are big.

Soo about 4 months ago I started internet marketing, (okay I didn't have a clue) And the first course I brought was well the worst course I have seen since, any way... I know a few of the older warriors may say "learn for yourself" or that I need to make the mistakes but I feel if I had a system to follow that proves results then I would take it. Basically I guess I am asking what's a system that I can get that can go from start to money the real way, because I feel I may have gone wrong somewhere along the line. Below $100 if possible. Easy to understand, Or private coaching if needs be.

A common way to drive some traffic to your site is to:

Set up a site or blog in a chosen niche, do some keyword research, get a list of keywords, write articles for them keywords, put them articles on the blog, and drive traffic to your blog using forum posting, adwords, link building, video marketing.

Within them articles you can search at clickbank for related products that your niche would be interested in, and recommend them products throughout your blog. Make sure the niche you chose is one with a problem that can be solved.

There are no systems that guarantee results. No reputable ones anyway.

Ther are only a couple of things you can do online to make money anyway. These ideas come dressed in a variety of styles but basically you can sell a service or a product. I guess you could also be an employee, but I don't think that is what you are asking.

So pick something to sell, set up a website and concentrate on figuring out how you can sell more of the things you are selling.

You could also consider reading ads as a marketer and judging their effectiveness, instead of reading them as a consumer and wanting to believe the ideas they engender.

I can suggest one method you can use to get started with $0 investment if you can make your own product to sell, or some amount to buy a product to sell from someone else.

I've earned around $120 by that method in 3 months, and I stopped using it a while ago, but you can expand on it and earn a lot more.

PM if interested. I won't charge you anything. Totally free.

      No offense intended.

It is kind of hard for someone to give you a recommendation without a few more specifics about what you want. Saying that you want a system does not help to answer your question because almost everything is sold as a system.

There are lots of folks around the forum that offer a bunch of different kinds of systems in their sig files. Maybe one of those could help you out.

Perhaps there alos might be something in the reviews section that could help you decide.

Don't worry no offense taken, I find some warriors to be quite rude but this is nice and good info.
The thing is that I think I know quite a bit in terms of I.M. I think its just the stuff I try doesn't really work so I do not know what to do.

          Hi Tom,

Have you ever tried making Amazon affiliate sites? They are fairly simple and pretty easy to get started making money. You won't get rich from a single website, but they are a reliable way to making a couple dollars a day per site. Once you build a number of sites, it doesn't take long to start making a decent income.

This is a great idea, especially for a beginner. Be sure you can sign up as an affiliate in your state though, as Amazon has been cutting ties with any state that passes certain tax laws.

I'll second this. Amazon products sell themselves. Plus, if a user buys anything on the site within 24 hours of clicking your link, you get paid. It's quite easy to rank in google for some of the things sold on amazon.

You can get around this by forming an LLC in a state that amazon still likes. I'd recommend doing so in a state that doesn't have sales tax. Like oregon or delaware.

Set up a webpage, and make it a review site. You should start seeing results soon.

Don't make it harder than it has to be. To be successful you need to grasp the skills needed. The major skill you will need to master is how to drive traffic to your blog or website. That is job number one for any online business.

Find one method of driving traffic that you like. Work on it until you've mastered it (since you're just starting out you should stick with the free methods or you can lose your shirt).

Once you've perfected one method and are driving traffic and making money, find another method to perfect. Just repeat until you are getting all the traffic you need to be making money.

Yes, it's true that SEO and your on page content must be good and that you will need to test and tweak that, but until you have a steady stream of traffic you can't test anything. Start with traffic, the rest will follow.

And be willing to spend weeks or months on perfecting each traffic source. The actual amount of time will depend on how quickly you grasp the concepts as well as how much time you can devote to your business.

              Good luck

I bet you if you stopped and analysed what you're doing, that you would be much better off than trying to learn another system from scratch. Take the time and go over the systyou are currently running. What are the sticking points? What could you improve upon? Where have you made any conversions? Concentrate on those areas and improve or do more research and take action! It will be more rewarding to develop your own twist on the IM puzzle.

      Hi

      STOP !

You already have TWO methods . You need to stop RIGHT NOW

      ............And Implement.

Ok, I don't mean to be mean or shout at you , I have no right to do so...but please hear me out, is there any reason you can't just implement anyone of these two methods?

Are there any roadblock that stop you from doing so?
Do you hate any aspect of these methods?
Is there any ethics issues that you may have with them?

Be honest, Could you be experiencing early symptoms of "Analysis paralysis" ?

you can spend all day and tons of money (or like me 18 months and 15k$) looking for the perfect system for you.If you do not implement it's not going to happen is it?

every answer above mine has added tremendous value to your question , I hope mine has too.

      Best of luck

    Tom,

I have been in your position before (more often than I'd care to admit). It took me a long time to work out what my issue/biggest obstacle was, but I think I have pretty much cracked it. You might not have the same issue/problem as me, but I thought I'd share it with you in case it was helpful.

I have previously worked in an office with one of the biggest clickbank merchants in the World. The company I worked for did easily $50k plus per month, and sometimes it would break the six figure mark a month.

I have been exposed to a lot of successful blueprints, and online business models, and I have even worked within those businesses and seen the success with my own eyes. With that said, most people would guess after leaving those jobs, I would have gone off and applied what I know and be banking five figures a month now.

    But I'm not.

Heres the reason why I think that is the case...

I didn't like the blueprints/systems. They didn't fit my skill-set, personality type or lifestyle. I knew the systems worked. I knew how the systems work, and I know how to implement them (in fact, I have just started implementing them for one of my offline clients). But I didn't like them, and couldn't see myself enjoying doing them.

You see with nearly all businesses online or offline, there will be periods of time (especially at the start) where you make NO money. So weirdly, I think you have to be able to enjoy what you are doing even when you are not making money (at least thats what is true for me, might not be the same for everyone).

    Let me give an example:

There are lots of people who make small affiliate sites and get them ranked in the search engines for profitable keywords. Some make a few hundred bucks a month doing this, and some make six figures a month doing this. Its a system that works, its not overly complicated, and if you wanted to do it, you could probably find all the info you need by searching this forum.

However, if you are like me, and you don't enjoy SEO, you have no time for it in your life, and you are not prepared to make time for it in your life, then despite it being a great system, if it doesn't suit your lifestyle or you are just not interested in it, then it is unlikely you'll put the work in that is needed to make it work and generate you big profits.

Again, I must stress, this might not be true for everyone, its just what I have observed personally in myself and I think it might be true for some other people too.

Ultimately, you need to try and focus on one thing/business model until you get good at it and it makes you money. Then, you can choose to duplicate that success in other markets etc, or you could diversify. Its hard to do something you don't enjoy and doesn't make you any money, which is why I think so many people stop early in their IM careers.

In terms of recommending a product, I'll second the vote for the Cloud Living HQ program by Glen Allsop over at Viperchill. Its good if you want to go down the route of ranking affiliate websites.

If selling information products and developing continuity programs is your thing, I highly recommend checking out Lee Mcintyre's Instant Internet Lifestyle. It's only $20 and he over-delivers. :-)

Anyway, all the best with your journey mate, I hope you find something that you really enjoy, and works out well for you!

Essentially, this is a basic formula for succeeding online:

    1. Find a hungry target audience
    2. Find their pain
    3. Find/develop "pain relief"
    a. Your own products/services
    b. Affiliate/resale rights product/services
    4. Build a following
    a. Web sites
    b. Email lists
    c. RSS
    d. Twitter
    e. Facebook
    f. Other social media
    5. Deliver "pain relief"
    6. Test & track everything
    a. Track conversions, not traffic

Most people make the mistake of jumping to #3 before fully working through 1 and 2. And almost everyone misses #6

To add to what most here maybe eluding to hit me like a ton of bricks while reading a News Paper Article of all things in the era of everything digital. I was sucked in by the headlines about a guy becoming rich beyond his dreams recently making Software that he didn’t even make. I won’t get into details but suffice to say when he was asked how he knew it would be a hit and market for it he said he didn’t. He created a market for it on his own. Then it hit me if you’re doing everything every other Joe blow is doing guess what you’re going to be behind them. Like a pyramid scheme how can you with no skills and no money like many people start out with, beat the guru that’s been doing this now for months if not years and has the financial means to beat you like a step child. You Cannot I don’t care what people tell you. So find some market that is more niche stay away from IM and Affiliate online sales unless you like pain and not getting any sleep.
Otherwise its going to simply take time. In the old days people used to take 5-10 years to see a business succeed after spending thousands of dollars on it and failing many times.

      Hey Tom,

      1. Pick a niche that gets a lot of traffic, but does not have a lot of heavy competition
      2. Build a free blog with Blogger or Yola
      3. Put relevant content on the blog
      4. Monetize the blog with ads
      5. Promote your blog by article marketing
      6. Pick a new niche and start over

Eventually you have dozens of sites, each bringing in some money each month.

A few of those sites might even blow up to big earners.

But the more you repeat those steps, them more you’ll see your income grow.

It won’t happen overnight, but if you keep working at it you’ll be successful.

      All the best,
      Devid

      Hi all,
First time posting in the forum. Just wanted to add that if you are looking for a method to start a niche site, check on nichesiteduel dot com
This site is a hub for the experiment performed by Pat Flynn and Tyrone Shum lauching niche sites from scratch. The reports are very detailed, and they include the actual niche, mistakes, implementations, stats, SEO tactics, etc. The experiment was launched in August 2010, and they are still publishing reports.

Along the way, other marketers joined the challenge and published there own reflexions and findings. All can be found in the same site.

Incidentally, Pat Flynn interviewed Glen Allsopp in the Smart Passive Income Podcast No. 3, so you can listen to the guy before making the purchase.

      Cheers,
      Patricio
