How much do you really know about making money online?

About 3 months ago, sitting at my desk and downloading the newest program that has hit the market(for the 360th odd time no doubt) I was starting to really wonder If I had chosen the right career to venture into.

Looking at the best ople my computer, I can barely see the background that use to be a picture of aurora Borealis.Cluttered with all the downloads promising to "make me $173,297.28 in 30,or 60, or 90 days!". Had I really bought into the hype? Was I one of those... opportunity seekers?

At that very moment,i realized I had done everything all wrong. I realize I had no one to blame but myself. I ask myself "How did I come this far?".

Feeling defeated, i opened the new report and read through it (No need to waste my money, right). After I finished reading it I got straight to work.

And you'll never guess what happened next ...

Something so amazing, so incredible, and so shocking that it'll make the hair on the back of your neck stand on end!

It was ...

Nothing!

I made absolutely no money, whatsoever! Another dud, another failure.

Do you know how that feels?

Spending another night out of bed, spending more hard earned cash, and for what, another Internet Marketing dream gone nightmare.

It reminded me of my days back when I was a salesman, I could just hear my boss saying, "Don't sell the steak sell the sizzle". Now here I am holding a bowl full of steam While some salesman runs off with my hard earned cash.

It just didn't seem right.

As the sun came up,I shut down my computer and went to sleep. When I woke up, I thought to myself, I should've known better. After all, everything that was taught in the program I had already known.

Suddenly, I had an "Aha" moment. I realize I knew everything I needed to do,I just wasn't doing enough of it.

I knew how to do market research because I never had a problem getting on the top pages of search engines.I knew how to set up a site and optimizing for conversions.

The real problem I seem to be having was traffic.

You see, even with getting higher rankings in the SERPS, My sales were low because I simply heeded building back links.

Every time I decided to build back links I would end up checking e-mail, reading the latest news, or checking out twitter and Facebook.

I had essentially found the hole in my boat!

I wrote this post for the not so new newbies. If you're struggling to "Figure it out" maybe you should stop and think about all you actually do know. If I've learned anything during this time, It's that business is not for the fastest or the strongest, but the one who last the longest(And I didn't mean to make that rhyme :p).

I hope this post encourages you and cause you to keep pressing forward in your business.

Here's to your success,

It's mostly all hype out there, but if you are trying to get traffic to your site you will need search engine traffic some how.

PPC is tough now and expensive. Don't buy into an QUICK cash systems. Never works.

It really comes down to understanding how search engines work.

    echo ("Give me" . " " . $php_coding . "!");

Although I had been in the IM and blogging market for about 2 to 3 years and it seems money wasn't making much out of it especially blogging I hardly earn a dollar from it but still I never said "CUT IT OFF" I mean... I believe the longer I blog the more I learn and I truly believe ... the one method to succeed and have freedom... is to keep searching and not sitting down doing nothing... movement is key to almost any success.... not mediation...

I'm one of these people that knows more than I think I know about something, I guess I prove that to myself when I'm being tested next to a control. I.e explaining internet marketing to someone like family or friends.

But IM is a moving target, there's so much to learn. I think about what there is to learn out there just in the sections and niches that I focus on and it makes me feel like I know nothing, even though I've been learning this stuff most of my life.

The game changes so quickly, there's always something new to learn!

You cannot fall for the hype.

If you want to become successful find something YOU like doing.

Just cause Joe down the road is having huge success with blogging doesn't mean if you buy his blogging book you too will have the same success. You might not even like blogging like Joe does.

You need to find your niche something you LOVE doing. This way when you wake up day after day your motivated and ready to go know matter what, because your doing something your passionate.

Everyone is different. Everyone has there own way of how they make money online, and you just need to find your way.
