You can always try some PPC Advertising. But if you want for free, then i suggest article writing and forum posting

It's interesting you're all giving suggestions without looking at his site? All those suggestions aren't going to help him because, at least on my two computers, his blog isn't coming in correctly.

You have HTML and CSS code filling up one of your post. You first need to get your site operating correctly before you start sending traffic.
