know do I post them on my website or others? Or they post them for me.

You don't post them on your website. They make the links, and the links link to your page with anchor text. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy the Page Rank link juice.

From looking at their site, it looks like the kind of service where they will post the links for you - but at $1/"credit", where links can cost 1-3 credits.
