My best advice is to check out the Adsense section of the forum and post there:

ok i'll give it to you straight

To build a proper adwords campaign to turn 50 bucks into 100 will be damn hard but here is your best bet...

Make sure you turn the content network off to start.

add googles conversion tracking code into your thank you page so you know what keywords are making the sales.

assuming you have researched the niche - you should know who your main competitor on adwords is.

This will be the website offering a product similar to yours who has spent at least 7 days in the top sponsored results.

Knowing this make a list of all the keyword phrases you see his ad showing up in one of the top 3 positions.

ONLY BID ON KEYWORDS YOUR COMPETITION IS ACTIVELY BIDDING ON.

look at their ads and mold yours around them. Chances are they have split tested to find what gets the best click through rate.

in settings make sure your ads rotate evenly over time.

assuming you know what googles traffic estimator is find out the average cost per click and bid 2 cents lower.

be sure to set your daily ad budget to around $47.00 so you don't go over your budget.

Note that you normally need at least 200 clicks for each keyword before you can really know if their a dud or not.

No conversions means that your sales page sucks and should be more like your top adwords competitors.

thats everything you need to know in a nutshell!

I am launching a big BIG adwords tutorial product after the newyears so look out for it!

Maybe I left out some stuff.

I am not selling my own product. I am an affiliate for the product in this niche.

I live in Jamaica so most of the Ads dont show in my area and so it is very difficult for me to monitor my competitors.

Also some of the keywords to be on the first page is well over $0.50 per click.

The affiliate product pays $17 per sale. Is there anything else i should let you know?

It is an affiliate product and i am very sure it converts. The clickbank gravity is well over 100 and the %ref is over 90 so i am pretty sure.

    Hi YesaCpow,

Although the amount sounds rediculous I think what you can do is bid for highly qualified terms - but lots of them. I mean that you need terms like "brown shoes on the Hockey mountains". If you will build large enough list of these kind of terms you will probably pay very low cost per bid and maximize your ROI.

I think you will have a very hard time with a $17.00 product on Adwords. You will need to find keywords that your competitors in your niche are not using, because if you try and use the same keywords they are using and they are selling a $70.00 product you would have to pay such a high price for keywords you would probably not be able to make a profit.

If it is possible I suggest you find a higher priced affiliate product to sell.
