Is desiging Lead Capture pages a good niche?

INTERNET MARKETING

Aside from doing regular Graphics and Website work, I was actually thinking of setting up a new service specifically for designing and maintaining Lead Capture Pages for companies or individuals.

Like say I design a Lead(s) for them at a small price, along with free hosting. And I can ask them to pay me monthly to maintain/update the lead capture pages or get paid commission for every lead sold.

What you think?

I know Ryan Deiss used to have a similar service. He had templates for a lot of his highest converting squeeze pages and you could order a customized one for something like a hundred bucks.

I don't think they offer the service anymore so it probably was not so successful - considering the reach he has.
