yea videos is best for me. Ebooks tend to bore me a lot of times and I'll often skim thru it to the most important parts.

If I am doing an instructional product I try to include Pdf,Video and Audio in some cases.
This way people have a choice and can learn in their own way. However some only learn by doing so that option is not available in your poll. Hands on is sometimes the best trainer and many learn that way as well.
    cheers

Small live group is what I have personally found to be the best way to learn or teach anything I have ever learned or taught.

If IM conventions were run more like other conventions, they would be having breakout sessions focusing on particular topics available. if ther eare some run like this, i have never heard of them.

I have never seen a situation where interaction works less well than solo learning. Provided that the participants are comfortable enough to say what they really think with each other. And that there is a certain amount of trust in the room.

Without those things, you are wasting your time with a small group.

Online only, probably a virtual small group using live web chat or some kind of shared whiteboard software with voice over capabilities.

      Hey Joshua,

Online I think I prefer a combination of PDF along with a video as long as they go along together.

I do like the pdf format simply because I can print it out and follow along with the instructions.

I like videos as long as I can pause it and/or go back and replay different parts of it. Unfortunately some folks put out a video product that there are no controls on it. These I don't even bother to download.

Actually I really like the live webinars when I can attend,
however I always like to restudy at a later time so they
do not have my "favorite" vote.

100% videos. I think having someone showing me what needs to be done has worked best for me. I did 2x excellent IM courses and both were in video format The challenge and another brilliant one (see signature link)

I chose "other" because I basically teach. My favorite method is one on one contact of course, but teaching online is next best. Poll has pretty much equalized at this time of writting...
