How many Gigs of download/upload quota do you use up each month?

As internet marketers, it is inevitable to do a lot of downloading and uploading. Even small amounts add up to massive totals because of the frequency. You can do a lot of gigs just from videos alone.

So how many gigs do you use up per month?

I use up about 18-20 GB, mostly in uploading files and watching videos.

I used 820 gigs this month (650 gigs from a client product launch) and had no bottlenecking of the videos, complete clarity of picture quality and running auto-play with the rare case of buffering and the total was $140. Way more traffic than many product launches and without videos causing any server crashes because of peaked bandwidth. Peace of mind and everyone is happy

Usually I let my clients use this solution free if they are getting regular traffic, but with a big launch, I knew I would have to pay extra, as it's usually $20/200 gigs a month for the content delivery network I use, which is similar to AmazonS3, but a higher level of load balancing and server nodes.
