Guys,
Could you recommend me of 4-5 big serious affiliate's programs that pay the affiliate earnings to his Paypal or via direct bank transfer INCLUDING BANK ACCOUNTS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

Look at PayDotCom (Sell Products Online, Sell Online, Affiliate Marketplace, Sell Products Online With Paypal, Affiliate Marketing, Merchant Accounts, Free Product Listing, Digital Products, Affiliate Network, Promote Products, Sell eBooks Online, Sell Software Online,) which has thousand of products to promote with commission paid by Paypal.

It pays directly in your Paypal.

  Clickbank pays by check (first two payments) and then you can switch to direct deposit (if you live in an approved country for Clickbank direct deposits) or wire transfer instead (if you don't).

  I don't know if you're thinking about promoting CPA offers, but many CPA networks will accommodate a request to wire money to banks outside of the US.

And if you get affiliated to a webhosting company, you have too the option to get paid by paypal

In my own experience, ejunkie is the easiest and fastest, they do pay with paypal, which i really like.

Clickbank is a bit difficult at the beginning due to their policy, about "CDR" payment policy.

Try Rapbank. Its a good option for receiving affiliate sales through paypal.

  look at paypalsucks dot com and your eyes will be opened to the truth.
  
  go with click2sell since they pay you via the WorldPay system which is owned by the Bank of Scotland. That makes Paypal look sick.
