Hey guys,

I already contacted Plimus support for this issue but they keep sending me stupid answers like they need reference numbers and transaction ID...

Here is the case.. I am an affiliate and the company that I signed up as an affiliate use Plimus.. I Monitor the buy now page every now and then and I noticed that alot of the customers do create an account ( you can see that when they create it ) then they go to the creditcard billing...the last thing that I see is invoice created but I do not see a sale... I really don't understand how it works and what do they mean by invoice created, once someone pay then they will get the invoice..so how come the sale doesn't show up..

I am hoping that someone here knows or had an experience with this

Hey, any update with this issue?

I have also been having the same problems.

I am promoting an affiliate product on plimus and have made 4 sales in 4 days, but had 6 sales declined in that period as well. 1 is still pending.

I notice that when it goes through OK it says 'purchase complete' on the monitoring section but when it does not go through instantly it just says 'invoice created'. I guess Plimus then manually try to confirm the order with the customer, but more often than not I find it ends up with being declined.

I sent an email and Plimus said that the declined orders were actually declined by the customers themselves after they had manually contacted them to confirm the order. So found it strange so many customers would decline the order within 24hrs of attempting to buy it. Unless their kids tried to order it using their paypal account or something. But find it strange.

I have heard plimus have strict fraud protection measures and manually confirm many orders but would expect an order to be declined every now and then, not in the majority of cases which is happening to me right now!

Anyone else with experiences of this issue?
