I find the key to taking action is simple, really simple!!!
You have to sit down and decide EXACTLY what it is that you want out of life. That's it. That's all there is to it. Write it down. If you can't write it down then you are not specific enough in what it is you want and you won't succeed.
Once you know what it is that you want the rest just falls into place.
You then make a plan and take action on it daily. Not every now and then but take action daily. It is important that the plan be workable and bearable enough to stick to it. If is to harsh on you, you will not be able to stick to it.
If you find yourself not sticking to your plan and acting on it daily then you were probably lying to yourself about what it is that you want. Go back to step one and make sure it is what you really want.
The clearer you define what you want and make out a plan that is workable and bearable to do, then the faster you will achieve your desired outcome.
So my question to you is what do you want? It is the most important question you will ever ask yourself, so don't put it off another day.
