    Let's see if he can survive a bullet from the SEC - he has no legal disclaimer saying he isn't authorized to give investment advice or anything.

    I don't even think it's his company - they just announced that they're releasing a product line with him or something like that.

    Well, he'll never collect it if the SEC has anything to do with it.
    Hyping stocks (even if you don't own the company) to affect the price of the stock, (which certainly seems to be the case here) usually gets you some serious jail time and fines, once SEC finds out. By the way, they already know about this one, that's why it hit the press.

    Yep, sounds good, but unless you don't value your time much (to spend in jail) the potential return just isn't worth it.

    Now, given the headline, I wouldn't be at all surprised to see a $5 WSO soon that details a similar process.... [just kidding, nobody would really do that...]

    This company is definitely not owned by him, and while he has made millions of dollars by hyping up and publicizing this stock on Twitter, it'd probably be a bad idea for him to sell any of this stock anytime soon, and risk getting scrutinized by the SEC for pulling off this crazy Twitter stunt.

    When I saw the title thread, I was thinking, I should ask this OP whether he really did earn 8.7 mil in one day. Turn out to be something unexpected

    Fiddy is from my home town Jamaica, Queens and I've been rooting for him for a long time. Outside of the gangster rap, the constant controversy, and his shady younger years, he's actually a good dude. He does a lot for the community and for charity.

    I've been hoping that he doesn't do something stupid to mess it all up. Hopefully this isn't it. If they got Martha Stewart, you know they'd love to put him away.
