What is the greatest thing/advice that you've leraned on the WF?

For me, it's when I learned that SEO, and e-mail list building was best. When I began marketing, I use to be gung-ho about Adwords.

I never wanted to do SEO because I've always heard how hard it was. I wish that I did it back then, oh well.

    List building.

It was the information on this forum that got me convinced that I needed to build a list.

I had put up a product on Clickbank and it was making sporadic sales.

Then I decided to build a list for the site and since then... $4k per month just from that one site... not to mention all the others.

    Work smart, not hard

A crap site that's live is better than a great site that isn't

And when you're creating a product, don't reinvent the wheel. Make it spin faster

Be a vendor as well, not just an affiliate. Having your own products is infinitely more lucrative. Look at all the gurus teaching affiliate marketing...they're teaching it with their OWN products, aren't they?

Something like that. It made start a little article writing service that netted a couple hundred bucks in the first few days.

There's more, but that earned me my first real money online, so I guess it's the best.

One small step at a time.

I really never understood how vital having a list was. I learned the hard way when trying to promote a product.
