need your advice. Traffic gneration

I have my new site set up and am currently back linking it.
I am to start tomorrow to drive traffic to he site and looing for ways to do it.

I am aiming to get 50 visitors a day
I am doing article marketing and blog posting. Does anyone else have any ideas of how to drive traffic to the site.

    I'm guessing the site is based on thorough keyword research, you'll gain organic traffic from google and other search engines.
    To continue.
    Try social media, setting up twitter and facebook campaigns, but honestly i find social media ghastly, more of a technical person.

    Make sure you socially bookmark all the articles posted, and submit your sites rss feed to rss directories etc.

    Just cover all aspects and you'll be fine.

    Here is an uncommon one but really works.

    Put up some answers on yahoo answers. Leave a link to your website in the Sources.

    Now if one of these answers ranks 1st on Google, guess what? THOUSANDS OF VISITORS!

    The main problem I have is keeping focused on one thing
    Already I am researching stuff separate to the site I am trying to make

    I like researching keywords and markets. I like designing sites and coding when needed but its traffic generation I find hard boring
    If there was a clear system or way to calculated it wouldn't be so bad
    Like "the number 1 site has 800 backlinks from 10 different sites so I need 900 back links from 9 or more sites" or "place your link on this site and you will get 50 UV a day"
    Unfortunately it doesnt work like that

    The reason for 50 is just to do with maths in my head
    I am promoting CPA offers and from my little experience they convert on average at 10% so for the particular offer I am promoting in theory I would get 5 conversions a day at 20$ and make 100$ a day. That's the theory doesn't always work that way

    Ya you can opt for different techniques that helps in getting organic traffic to website. Link building techniques like directory submission, blog and article posting, Forum posting, social bookmarking always helps in this context, but you should also go for social media as they are a very good source for generating traffic to the website. Also if possible do Google place submission as that helps in getting good position n SERP thus ultimately increasing traffic.

      Have you tried writing guest posts for other blogs? You should definitely look into that as most writers are too shy or feel they are too unexperienced to do this early on.
