Ezine, Clicks and Conversions?
I've been writing articles for a while and recently started to publish on Ezine Articles. I published 4 articles and left them for a month. I had a URL to a CB product and wanted to monitor clicks and conversions.
Sadly, my hosting provider had a problem billing my account and my hosting died shortly after adding the URL to the resource box. I was only made aware of this today.
My stats look ok according to Ezine articles. One article has a 25% click rate. In total I have 212 article views, 20 clicks, but conversions obviously 0 because of the hosting error.
I wanted to boost up the production of articles based on today's Clickbank stats, but I have no stats to go by.
Anyone care to share their advice? If I was to produce say 40 articles, in theory (very rough guessing here) I'd have 200 clicks a month. If that was to happen, providing the correct product was used, what sort of percentage would convert? I'm only working in 1 niche, and writing articles based on keywords (using Market Samuri), which seems to have worked well so far.
I'm only asking for guesses based on users who have/already do this.
Thanks for any input.
