You could always use the support desk here and report it!

Put I don't think he's breaking any rules if the guarantee is
offering refunds with no questions asked.
    Of course he's a scam but I'm just saying I don't think he's
breaking any rules by doing this.

I am not saying he is breaking any rules but what are the chances of buying 4 products in a row and wanting a refund on them all?

If he is not breaking rules- then there is no problem at all...

When will people stop worrying about this? You will not stop it...

          Are you serious?

There have been so many recent threads about WSOs appearing on black market boards. It is a real problem.

I'm not saying that this particular person is a thief, but the WSO facility is far too valuable an asset to just sit idly by and let suspicious behavior go unmentioned.

We may need a zero tolerance approach.

Thanks for bringing this up, SpudDS. If nothing else, concerned WSO product owners can PM you for this person's details.

Yup, I'm serious. Black markets have been around way before the internet.

            This is nothing new.

I'm sure many people on this board downloaded an mp3 illegally at least one time in there life? Or , maybe i'm wrong...

We can't just put someone out there because someone thinks theres a conspiracy with this guy.

Doesn't the forum rules state to take it up with them if you have problem?

Now, instead of singling out one person...

What type of solutions are you or is someone offering?

I posted on a thread the other day explaining this- and there are two types of people in this market:

            1. Freebie seekers
            2. And your customers

You're customers are the honest people who want to do business with you and want to build long term business relationships. Those are the people you want anyways.

You do realize most people who are freebie seekers that do this WILL NEVER buy your product anyways?

But I do understand your concern and it is very valid-

Theres just been many complaints about this and I'm just waiting for a solution. Wheres the solution? And if its been offered, why has it not been implemented.

(personally- if you focus your time on making money- as opposed to dealing with this- you'll be better off- i believe Eben Pagan said something like that possible/ or maybe i've got him confused with someone else

Fighting this black market is no different then the "war on terror" or "war on drugs" (oxymorons- its never ending) -

But I'd prefer it that you have a solution to fix this problem - (black markets have always , in the past, found a way around- and I do believe we can make it more difficult, but not stop it permanently)-

I bet if you focus your energy on something else other than trying to stop these guys- you'll be able to make more money...

Use your time wisely... You'll never get it back- but you can make any amount of money you wish...

I'll be waiting for a creative solution soon!

Of course, in reality, there are more than just two types of people in our "market".

              3. There are thieves. People who make a living by illegally selling other people's products. Quite often, these people acquire these products in the first instance from forums such as the WSO board and can sometimes be identified by their "serial refunding" behaviour.

              4. There are people with the attitude that because an illegal activity is widespread, any attempt to circumvent the problem is futile.

And then there are still others who recognize potentially suspicious behaviour and simply wish to bring this to the attention of their peers.

That's all the OP was seeking to do. What's your problem with that?

Oh, and just so you know - being on one's guard against suspicious activity and making money - not mutually exclusive.

If you're not speaking solutions then this topic is a waste of space.

Why not create a sticky about this? Maybe with 'proven by mod' offenders?

Why not create a system or solution to stop this?

If it bothers you so much, why not take action instead of talk, talk, talk?

Some people just like to increase there post count...

And where is the value at?

No proof has been shown- just conspiracy theories...

I won't call someone a scammer unless I have 100% undeniable proof- this post offers no proof...

If you don't want to deal with this person, thats fine- and the op did a good thing by not calling him out- as he has provided no proof of anything. Even if he did refund 4 times- that means nothing.

That's the advantage of digital products - a refund doesn't cost you anything (other than a sale) - no shipping, no packing, no loss!

It would be interesting if he was named and shamed in terms of the community spirit, though.

Well now, I have only made a few post over 15, but have not ask for any refunds from Warrior members, so guess it is not me. But, unless he is knocking a product (negitive information) that is not true there is not much you can do. Reckon you could report him, but it probably will not do much good...

I could be wrong, but doesn't rules of the forum state- if you have a problem with a member you have to take it up directly with them?

        Literally speaking yes.
But the reason behind this was to prevent John Doe
accusing Jane Doe of something just because he was having a bad day.

I don't think it was meant to benefit someone who would continually rip
off other members, knowing full well no one was allowed to call him out on it.
Where do you draw the line?

What you have done is not wrong. You are trying to alert people. But be sure of the scam before you accuse somebody. Have a proof or some pattern of behaviour this scammer.

Contact a moderator. Let them decide.

I remember a moderator starting a thread asking members to report certain threads. So complain about this person with proof to moderators ...

I hate scammers and they shouldn't be tolerated. People shouldn't just roll over and say oh well, that's the way it is.

I got hit by a serial refunder. They purchased and then IMMEDIATELY filed a paypal dispute saying unauthorized purchase. Ok, if it's a legit problem, come to me and I'll refund. But if someone files a dispute 2 seconds after purchasing before they could even look at it, that's what you call a scammer. They purchase products with the full intent of getting refunds so they can get everything they want for free. Kinda like a kid in a candy store. And a lot of these products end up on blackhat sites. I did not refund, I did send paypal proof they got their product via secure delivery and that they disputed instantly after purchase and a long response so they will have to actually work for their scam against me. Now it's up to paypal, but I will not roll over to a scammer. I wish there were a way to block scammers from WF but I know it's impossible.

Ps: Mary Murtha created the name n shame wall for this. You maybe can't "out" them here, but you can there. Go there to alert people to the scammer so ppl will be aware not to do biz with this person.

I agree with this, but we have no idea if this guy is a scammer or not.

What are the guide lines to say someone is a scammer?

Its not possible to buy 4 crappy products? You don't think 4 products on the WSO are crappy? I don't know the details, so I don't know, but we shouldn't be raising suspicion with absolute no proof at all...

And who decides if someone is a scammer?

If you put someones name and IP up- you better be 1000% sure this person is a scammer.

Can't people purchase products with out using there name?

Can't IP addresses be changed and hidden?

Aren't there millions of people out there that do this?

I'm all for a solution, but I wouldn't spend the majority of my time or even a little of my time trying to find a solution to this...

Ill certainly pay for the solution if someone has it

I think if SpudDS knew the answers to this question, we would not need to have this topic because all it does is create assumptions and clutter the board.
