I cant register my feed

here is the error i get:

The URL does not appear to reference a valid XML file. We encountered
the following problem: Error on line 175: The entity "raquo" was
referenced, but not declared.

    Very strange, but also switch back to default theme, disable plugins, just to try again might help too.
