Camtasia feature question

A year ago we've been introduced to a free download link to Camtasia Studio (Ver 3.1.2)

I've registered thru the TechSmith site,
but as I'm trying to use the "Produce video As" feature now,
I'm getting an unclickable link to that feature.

Any idea on how to get it work properly?
