Transfer Website

Hello,

I was wondering if anyone knows how I can quickly transfer a website to someone after it sells. Quickly and easily. Is there a no hassle way to do this. I was told there is a time frame for this. Is that true that I have to wait three months before I can transfer the domain and host to an individual. There must be a better way.

    Depends on the registrar, but if you're selling a website with the domain you cannot transfer it for at least 60 days I believe.

    No way around that as it's an ICANN regulation.

    You don't need to transfer the domain. Just have the buyer register a free account at the registrar where the domain is and push the domain to them. You don't have to wait any time to push a domain but you do have to wait to transfer a domain out of a registrar.

    Here is the way I transfer a site to the new owner. Easy ... not exactly, but if you're going to sell sites, you should learn to do it.
