Quick Tip On Gathering Your Content Creation Resources
If you're anything like me, you have a bunch of content production resources to draw from...BUT they're scattered around on slips of paper, unorganized bookmarks, lost emails, etc.
If you have a WordPress blog, you can make a password protected page and simply build a list of links that will take you to all the different places you gather facts, figures, and information.
Since you won't have to navigate all over the world to get to where you're going, this should speed up your work flow and generally make things easier as you do your research and writing.
To password protect a page, just click Visibility's "Edit" link on the Publish module on the right side of the admin page. After the options open up, click "Password Protected" and enter a password. Hit the "Ok" button.
Now, just keep adding your resource links and notes on this page and you'll be set.
Here are my initial sections. I'll be adding more as I can think of what I need for producing content.
So if you find yourself surrounded by unorganized and possibly even misplaced research resources, give this a shot. It might just save you some time and aggravation.
